Kim Lewis

As a Kansas native and a seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. I have over 15 years of real estate experience, ranging from property management, mortgage banking & as a real estate agent.

Prior to entering real estate, I served my country in the United States Air Force, traveling abroad during 9/11. These experiences instilled in me the discipline it takes to build the best property management team.

Outside of real estate, I take pride in giving back to the community and volunteer at various organizations throughout Wichita. I enjoy being active & spending time with my family & friends.

Building rapport and working on building your trust is very important to us. From the moment we connect, we will answer any questions and see if we are a good fit for each other. If we are, we will send you some paperwork for review & completion.

If you’re a property owner, we will meet at the property to evaluate it, price it correctly, and make recommendations on how to make it more marketable.

We will then sign the contract and gather all necessary documents. From that point on, we handle the rest!

If you’re a prospective resident and love the property you just toured, we’ll get started on the process to rent.
